Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Telemetry Monitor Technician is responsible for continuous surveillance, interpretation, and reporting of cardiac rhythms and other vital signs for patients on telemetry monitoring. The role involves working closely with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and to provide timely and accurate information regarding patient’s cardiac status. Monitor Tech- Telemetry

High School diploma or equivalent required. This is a safety sensitive position. 2+ years of respiratory therapy experience Adequate verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams Strong organizational skills Proficiency in computer software Able to multitask efficiently Will attend an EKG class within 6 months of hire. Two years (2) telemetry tech or cardiac experience preferred.

Experience in clerical or administrative roles, especially in a healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred. Benefits & Perks: your health and happiness matters!
