Maintain staffing schedules and complete timekeeping activities using approved scheduling tools. Support onboarding, training, and ongoing skill development for monitoring personnel. Interpret cardiac monitoring data and identify significant rhythm changes.
Document rhythm variations and ensure timely communication to appropriate care teams. Ensure monitoring equipment is functional, maintained, and available for use. Enter telemetry‑related charges and support accurate documentation of rhythm strips in medical records.
Assist clinical teams by providing monitoring support and responding to requests related to patient care. Maintain inventory of monitoring supplies to support uninterrupted operations. Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support workflow efficiency and patient‑care needs. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance monitoring processes and service quality. Performs all other duties as assigned.
