Monitor Technician - Virtual Care Center (F/T Days)

The Monitoring Technician is responsible for on-going surveillance of patient cardiac monitors and provides RNs and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms. Reviews patient information to determine normal heart rhythm pattern, current pattern and prior variances.

What You’ll Do: Monitor cardiac rhythms and alert clinical staff to changes Review patient data to identify patterns and variances Work closely with nurses and care teams to ensure patient safety Be a calm, focused presence during overnight hours What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED Training: Completion of a monitor tech course or passing score (85%) on our competency exam Certification: CRAT certification within 1 year of hire

Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and quick decision-making under pressure
