Registered Nurse Position Details: Facility: BayCare Health System, Mother and Baby Unit-WHWH Location: Winter Haven Women's Hospital Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 6:45PM - 7:15AM Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: Yes The Registered Nurse
Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for professional accountability and development.
Collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment. Required Certification/Licensures: Registered Nurse license BLS (Basic Life Support) NRP Required
Associate's degree in Nursing Bachelor's degree in Nursing- Preferred Required
At least 1 year of RN acute care experience Mother/Baby RN experience preferred
