Certifications
✓Current certification in one (1) of the following:
✓o Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T.).
✓If not certified upon hire, certification must be obtained within one (1) year of entrance into the position.
✓o Certification in MRI by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) required upon hire.
✓Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
One (1) year as a registered technologist in a medical imaging field employing cross sectional imaging techniques preferred.
Prior recent MRI technologist experience preferred.

About the role

Performs clinical diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and other procedures associated with the production of MRI images.

What you’ll do

Constantrepetitive arm and wrist movement consistent with computer/mouse usage
Frequentsitting, walking, lifting/carrying usual weight of 1 pound up to 30 pounds
Occasionalstanding, stooping/bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting body, reaching above, at, and below shoulder, repetitive arm/hand motions, horizontal lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Infrequentpushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of force
