POSITION: MRI TECH SRO PRN (4 shifts in 6-week schedule to include 2 weekend shifts) Floating in region 1 includes floating to the following hospitals: St Anthony's St Petersburg Morton Plant Clearwater Mease Dunedin Mease Countryside Clearwater Morton Plant Northbay New Port Richey At BayCare, we are proud to be one of the largest employers in the Tampa Bay area. Responsibilities - MRI Technologist: Performs diagnostic MR procedures. Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation.
Other related duties as necessary.
Required: Associate of Science degree. Or, Associates Radiology. Or, Technical Radiology.
Credentials: Required: BLS. Required: ARRT (Radiology Technologist) – Relevant Specialty. Or, ARMRIT (MRI) within 6 months of hire or transfer into job.
Required: Associate in science degree, 1 year of MRI specific training. If an Associates in Radiology or Technical Radiology, 1 year of Radiology or MRI.
