✓WI-DSPS radiographer license required if working in Wisconsin
Certifications
✓ARRT registered in Radiography and CT required with the ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT credential required
✓IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required if working in Illinois
✓BLS/CPR required within 90 days of hire
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited radiography program
Qualifications
✓Two to four years of experience as a technologist as a Radiographer is required. Experience in a hospital environment preferred
✓Two to Four Years experience in CT and one year in MRI
✓Passing the Driver’s License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring).
✓Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check.
✓Must be able to follow written/oral instructions.
✓Experience in working with radiologic technologists, radiologists and support staff in a multimodality department
✓Proficiency in mentoring employees and providing corrective action appropriately
✓Experience in obtaining departmental accreditation Ability to communicate in a friendly and effective manner
✓Demonstrated ability to foster excellent teamwork in a radiology department
✓Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently
✓Read/comprehend written and verbal instructions
✓Basic PC skills
✓Manage stress appropriately
✓Make decisions under pressure and handle multiple priorities Manage anger/fear/hostility/violence of others appropriately

Assists the department coordinator by providing clinical leadership, completes projects, advanced level clinical duties and regular assignments as requested.
