Provides educational and therapeutic interventions (coinciding with other treatment modalities) constructive and beneficial to patients’ mental health. Manages materials. Oversees students.

Performs miscellaneous duties not expressly described herein. Reports: Manager/Expressive Therapies (job code (JC): 120301) Supervises: None. Oversees music therapy interns and practicum students.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY Required
Bachelor’s degree in music therapy (including coursework or an internship in a medical setting) from an American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) approved program Preferred
Master’s degree in music therapy (including coursework or an internship in a medical setting) from an American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) approved program. Required
None Preferred
One (1) year of professional experience in a medical setting.
