JOB SUMMARY The MyChart Help Desk Specialist provides technical support and customer service for patients and healthcare providers using the MyChart patient portal. This role ensures timely resolution of issues related to account access, functionality, and general usage of the MyChart system, contributing to a seamless digital healthcare experience.
JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS Time Type: PRN, As Needed Typical Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 5:30pm Education High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree- preferred License/Certifications N/A Experience 1+ years of experience in a help desk, customer service, or healthcare IT role- required Familiarity with Epic Systems and MyChart- preferred Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)- preferred Experience in a healthcare setting- preferred Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations- preferred ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Why Work at Saint Francis?
