Job Details Support Service l Miamisburg l Full-time l Days l Time-Limited Role Responsibilities & Requirements The myHR Service Center Representative serves as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and retirees seeking information or assistance with Human Resources (HR) policies, benefits, payroll, and related matters. This role ensures timely, accurate, and confidential support while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Required

High school diploma or GED. Required Work

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an office or HR environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR Information Systems strong verbal and written communication skills ability to handle confidential information with discretion effective organizational and problem-solving abilities customer service orientation ability to learn and apply HR policies and procedures attention to detail.

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Work

Experience in HR service delivery, benefits administration, or related HR functions. Preferred Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations: Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
