Education
✓A bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3 years of full-time experience as a Spiritual Teacher in a Tribal Community, or Native Indigenous environment.
Qualifications
✓Experience providing services in the community specific to the practice of native services.
✓Experience facilitating native services to include, but not limited to; sweat lodge ceremonies, talking circles, smudge ceremonies, and indigenous arts & crafts.
✓Training or education from a native elder focused on ethical practices in providing native services and serving others.
✓Education through an institution focused on ethical practices in providing native services.
✓Experience working with a tribe(s) and tribal leadership.
✓Experience working with individuals experiencing severe or persistent mental illness or individuals who have received services within a secure environment.
