Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, or CCNP Collaboration) or equivalent professional industry credentials preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional network support and engineering experience.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-level network design, deployment, and support, with a primary focus on Cisco-based networks.
✓Demonstrated hands on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
✓Strong proficiency with core network protocols and diagnostic utilities (DNS, DHCP, packet sniffers/analyzers, and Microsoft Server environments).
✓Proven experience participating in or leading collaborative IT project teams.
