The IT Network Support Tech Lvl II supports the hospital's technology infrastructure by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, peripheral devices, and related equipment. It also includes installing, updating, and problem solving common software and application issues tracked within a ticketing system. Historically, this role does not evolve into a networking or network admin career path.
Working as a cohesive asset to the I. T. Department, this role ensures that all hardware systems function effectively to support clinical, financial, and administrative operations.
