Licensure
✓Requires national certification American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure by state regulatory agency if applicable.
Certifications
✓Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
✓Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty required if applicable within 18 months of hire (and/or equivalent clinical experience for Cath Lab only).
✓BLS certification.
Qualifications
✓Requires demonstrated competency in neuro-interventional radiology procedures such as mechanical thrombectomy, intra-arterial thrombolysis, brain, head/neck, orbit and spine AVF, brain, head/neck and spine AVM, carotid artery, vertebral artery, and intracranial angioplasty, coil embolization, balloo
✓This position requires clinical knowledge typically achieved with two years of experience. Must demonstrate effective communication skills, human relations skills, analyze data and solve problems.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

Banner Desert is a Level I Trauma Center and Stroke Center. The Interventional Radiology department averages 500 procedures per month including vascular interventions, device implants, central line placement, stroke thrombectomies, neuro interventions, DVT/PE thrombectomies etc.
