Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego’s campus includes the O’Toole Breast Care Center, a 24-hour emergency room that is a Level I Trauma Center, outpatient physical rehabilitation, minimally invasive robotic surgery and our childbirth unit (including a Level II neonatal intensive care unit). As a Neurodiagnostic Tech, your duties will include the following: Performing neurodiagnostic procedures which may include EEG, LTM, EMU, EMG, NCV, EP utilizing standard protocols supported by the American Society of Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists.
May assist with long term monitoring under guidance and/or supervision of Long-Term Monitoring Tech and/or Lead Monitoring tech. Responsible for patient preparation, equipment transportation, entering patient charges, and maintaining supply inventory. Required Education/Experience/Specialized
AA through neurodiagnostic program or proof of CEUs. 6 mos experience, can be internship.
