Board Certification in Clinical Neuropsychology American Board of Professional Psychology - Clinical Neuropsychology (Preferred)
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS).
Education
✓Doctorate Degree, Doctorate degree (PhD, EdD, or PsyD) in Psychology from an educational
✓institution and have completed at least 1 year of pre-doctoral internship.
✓Training program endorsed by the American Psychological Association. - Required
Qualifications
✓Fellowship of appropriate training and demonstrated competency to practice within designated specialty.
✓Must have completed clinical specialty training as a practicing psychologist, status-post fellowship. Experience and strong knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques in a medical setting.
✓Able to obtain CSMC Clinical Psychologist privileges (as delineated within the “Privilege Delineation Description and Standards”).

About the role

The Neuropsychologist I evaluates and treats patients in accordance with the reason for referral by the referring physician. Provides assessment and psychotherapeutic support to the patient and caregiver(s) as well as consultation with the Rehabilitation team.
