You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed, or eligibility to obtain licensure, to practice medicine in the state of Kentucky
Qualifications
✓MD or equivalent
✓Required Related Experience
✓Must have completed fellowship training in Neurosurgery-Spine.
✓Expertise in the full spectrum of spine surgical interventions.
✓Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
✓Ability to teach and mentor trainees at multiple levels.
✓Capacity to contribute to clinical innovation and departmental growth initiatives.
Experience with complex spine reconstruction, deformity correction, and/or minimally invasive approaches. preferred
Evidence of research productivity, grant potential, or interest in building a scholarly portfolio. preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. preferred
Interest in clinical program building or service-line development. preferred
