You’ll need
Licensure
✓An Ohio RN license is not required to be considered for this position.
✓If selected to move forward, employment offers may be made contingent on candidate successfully obtaining RN license within time frame discussed at the time of offer acceptance.
Certifications
✓Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
Education
✓Diploma RN, Associate or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program
BSN preferred
Qualifications
✓Demonstrates technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
✓Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
✓Displays leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes
✓Displays the mission of the hospital and its values.
Prior experience on a related unit or specialty in a practicum, internship or STNA/PCNA/NAII is preferred

About the role
Lerner Tower 6 is a 30 bed Adult Surgical inpatient division providing care to orthopedic, neurological spine, surgery, and trauma patients. Orthopedics includes total joint replacement, fracture, spine and orthopedic trauma services with a component of subacute neurology and general trauma. We are proud of our recognition as a Center of Excellence and our DNV certification for spine patients.
