The Opportunity Clinic-based, non-invasive role at the CMH Heart Institute Clinic on the hospital campus — a Level II STEMI Center Inpatient consults as needed; no hospital call — general cardiology call covered by interventional partners Immediate patient volume and referral base from our 130,000 area service area with strong referral patterns from our primary care physicians and providers Active Heart Clinic expansion underway; new hospital tower opened April 2026 EMR: Meditech Expanse | AI documentation: Suki AI scribe Compensation & Benefits Compensation is structured to retain engaged physicians 18-month salary guarantee + RVU model Signing bonus and relocation assistance Residency/training stipend Malpractice with tail coverage 403(b) with employer match 457(b) to maximize retirement savings PSLF eligible Life in Bolivar Bolivar sits 30 minutes from Springfield and under two hours from Kansas City — close enough for city access, small enough to know your neighbors.
