Measures radioactive dosage prescribed for patient with dose calibrator. Positioning of equipment and patient to produce diagnostic quality images. Administration of pre-medication and radiopharmaceuticals.

Quality Control 8.1 Regularly inspects and performs calibration procedures before equipment is used for patient examination.
These are performed daily, weekly, and monthly. Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelors Degree, Graduate of an AMA approved Nuclear Medicine Program. EXPERIENCE One to two years experience LICENSURE Licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health.
