✓IV Credentialed, required.

Education
✓2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program, required.
Qualifications
✓Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing
✓good communication skills
✓capable of functioning alone in diagnostic rooms
✓working knowledge of various types of nuclear medicine equipment, able to adapt to new and various situations and procedures according to age of patient served
✓has ability to interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his / her age-specific need
Minimum of one year of experience in nuclear medicine, preferred.

What We Offer Nuclear Medicine Technologist The Nuclear Medicine Technologist assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the nuclear medicine equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

40hrs per week, either 4 10hr Shifts or 5 8hr Shifts Location: Heart and Vascular Institute - Charlotte Region Come join a remarkable team where quality care meets quality service, in every dimension, every time. What We're Looking For

2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program, required.

Minimum of one year of experience in nuclear medicine, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Certified and registered in Nuclear Medicine by ARRT or NMTCB – RT(N) or CNMT, required. IV Credentialed, required.

Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096 for life support training requirement, required. Applicable state license, required.
