As a Nurse Assistant in our Float Pool, you'll be the vital link between patients and our clinical team. Working under the direction of our Registered Nurses, you'll deliver compassionate patient care while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity. You'll be an active partner in care planning, bringing valuable frontline insights to team discussions and responding confidently to dynamic patient situations.

E. D. equivalent CNA preferred, One year of experinece preferred. Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (titles for similar programs may vary; e.g., Patient Care Technician (PCT) or Patient Assistant Technician (PAT) but perform the same job role.) OR May be currently enrolled in a nursing program and have successfully completed the Fundamentals of Nursing course.
OR Foreign trained and licensed RN who has relocated to the United States and does not hold a Michigan Rn license. OR Completion of a Medical Assistant program with OR without experience. OR At least one (1) year of previous experience in an NA, PCT, PAT, or similar job role.
