Willis Knighton North is seeking a compassionate, dependable full-time Nurse Assistant to join our acute care team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, attentive to detail, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Provide patient hygiene, including baths, oral care, and grooming as needed Perform room cleaning and restocking to maintain a safe, organized environment Assist with unit cleaning tasks as needed to support overall workflow Take and record vital signs per hospital protocol Assist with ambulation, repositioning, and transfers using proper safety techniques Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs Communicate changes in patient condition to primary nurses Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record Uphold infection control, safety, and hospital policy standards
