You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed Nurse Assistants are responsible for obtaining and recording patient vital signs, documenting in patient’s electronic medical record, assisting patients with activities of daily living.
✓Trainees will transition to the LNA role after successfully completing the Nurse Assistant Training and obtaining a State of New Hampshire License for Nurse Assistant.
