About the role

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, licensed independent practitioner, or manager, the Nurse Extern assists with a variety of direct and indirect patient care activities. These direct activities may include, assistance with activities of daily living, comfort care, safety, nutritional support and performance of selected diagnostic and therapeutic tasks and procedures as directed.
