✓Associate's Degree Completion of an accredited nursing education program that satisfies the licensing requirements of the Colorado State Board of Nursing for Registered Nurses.
✓Bachelor's Degree Completion of an accredited nursing education program that satisfies the licesning requirements of the Colorado State Board of Nursing for Registered Nurses.
✓RN-Registered Nurse - DORA - Department of Regulatory Agencies Required
Certifications
✓BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association or American Red Cross Required and
Education
✓Candidates who do not hold a BSN will be considered with demonstrated experience in maternal-child health, public health, or other relevant experience.
✓Associate's Degree Completion of an accredited nursing education program that satisfies the licensing requirements of the Colorado State Board of Nursing for Registered Nurses. Required or
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Qualifications
✓1-3 years Clinical experience with diverse populations in a health care setting including hospital, clinic or home health providing patient education, case management and/or care coordination.
✓Adherence to Standards of Professional Nursing Practice/ Process / Performance [ANA Standards addendum- signed] and accrediting body standards.
✓Employee has completed and met their clinical competency standards.
✓Ability to use medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care.
✓Skilled in maintaining effective working relationship with patients, employees, and the public.
✓Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
✓Ability to interpret adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
✓Ability to communicate clearly.
✓Microsoft Office Suite required.
Experience with EPIC documentation preferred.
