About the role

The Nurse Manager of the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Unit is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical and administrative operations of the unit. This includes leadership of nursing staff, coordination of patient care, maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a positive patient and staff experience.
