Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
Qualifications

✓Confident leading in a fast-paced acute care environment
✓Skilled at balancing people, patient care, and operational priorities
✓Passionate about developing others and building strong teams
✓Comfortable using data to identify opportunities and drive improvement
✓A strong communicator who leads with accountability, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
✓Minimum of three (3) years of progressive nursing leadership experience
✓Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, staffing practices, regulatory requirements, and nursing care delivery
The most qualified candidates will bring: preferred
Recent clinical or leadership experience in a hospital-based inpatient setting , particularly: preferred
Progressive Care preferred
Critical Care/ICU preferred
Surgical Services preferred
Other comparable acute care environments preferred
Experience leading a complex inpatient unit with responsibility for staffing, patient flow, quality, and team development preferred
Experience with quality improvement, workforce engagement, and operational performance preferred
