The H50 Colorectal Surgery unit is part of Cleveland Clinic's Digestive Disease Institute, where surgeons perform more than 5,000 surgical procedures annually.
Working with 16 colorectal surgeons, our dedicated and highly engaged nursing staff is focused on providing world-class medical and surgical care to patients with medical problems such as Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, colon cancer and genetic bowel disease. As Nurse Manager, you will manage and deliver exceptional nursing care to patients. You will use your extensive knowledge and skills to supervise and provide clinical direction to maintain and ensure quality outcomes.

Analyze personnel structure and determine staffing needs. Evaluate performance, conduct selection and termination processes and develop strategic plans. Participate in clinical nursing research and support foundation research activities.
