✓Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
Education
Graduate of a nursing program. BSN/MSN preferred.

✓TheClinical Nurse Manager must demonstrate flexibility and the knowledge and skills required to manage unit providing care to the population served which includes either children, adolescents, pre adolescents or adults.
✓Knowledge: Knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing principles, working concepts and theory, leadership skills, age specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis and behavior management.
Three years clinical experience in psychiatric nursing and 2 years in management preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience or special training in the treatment of the special age/population served by the specific units or programs for which he/she is hired.
