✓RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required
Certifications
✓Texas Health Fort Worth is Joint Commission-certified as a Comprehensive Cardiac Center, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, and a Level I Trauma Center.
RNC-NIC - Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing a Plus preferred
Education
✓Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
Masters Degree Preferred
Qualifications
✓3 Years Experience as a registered nurse with previous experience as a charge nurse or similar leadership role (i.e., charge nurse, committee chair, preceptor, supervisor) Required
✓Knowledge of industry standards:organization, theory, principles, and research processes, quality improvement and change management techniques, financial analysis, budget process and planning, accreditation and regulatory standards, strategic planning principles, ability to assess nursing care requi
