Current Paramedic or EMS certification or licensure. preferred
Certifications
✓Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
✓Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within sixty (60) days of start date.

Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification. preferred

Education
✓Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓Five (5) years of clinical experience in emergency medical services, interfacility transport, critical care transport, emergency nursing, or a closely related setting.
✓Two (2) years of leadership experience managing clinical operations, staff, or transport services.
✓Strong managerial skills including strategic planning, delegation, performance management, problem-solving, maintaining regulatory compliance, and financial management.
✓Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support data-driven decision-making and stewardship of departmental resources.
✓Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences using a variety of mediums.
✓Demonstrated success in leading, motivating and inspiring employees and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliver results.
✓Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
✓Exercise tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintain confidentiality.

Experience leading an interfacility transport, emergency medical services, or critical care transport program. preferred
