Resolve clinical and operational issues proactively, empowering your team to overcome obstacles and maintain an exceptional standard of patient care.
Drive regulatory compliance by implementing unit policies and adhering to accreditation standards, ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff. Manage the unit budget diligently, overseeing expenditures and resource utilization to align financial health with high-quality healthcare delivery. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required. Additional Preferences: Minimum 3 years acute care RN experience in L&D required. Postpartum and NICU RN experience preferred.
