Role Overview As a Nurse Manager, you will lead, manage, and develop all aspects of patient care, ensuring clinical and educational excellence. Lead and supervise all aspects of patient care, ensuring professional and clinical excellence. Collaborate with leadership and physicians to manage care for responsible patient populations. Facilitate staff empowerment and innovation in patient care delivery models.
Assume fiscal management responsibilities for the unit. Promote a multidisciplinary team approach to continuous improvement in patient care services. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting. Demonstrated progressive nursing leadership experience.
BCLS/ACLS certification as required per unit standards.
