As the Nurse Manager, Operating Room , you will oversee 24-hour operational accountability for the OR, ensuring excellence in patient care delivery, caregiver engagement, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship. You will lead and mentor nursing teams, champion evidence-based practice, and help shape the strategic direction of perioperative services. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Annual Salary Range: \$147,721 - \$221,603 Actual compensation is based on factors including education, experience, training, certifications, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity.
