You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Nursing.
Education
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Three (3) years of progressive experience in the field of hospital nursing and proven administrative/leadership ability.
✓For Peri-Operative, Mental Health, Critical Care and Emergency Divisions, at least two (2) years of progressive experience must be in the specific clinical specialty.

About the role
Under limited supervision, the Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who is vested with 24 hour accountability for ensuring safe, effective and appropriate patient care on a designated patient care unit. The Nurse Manager serves as the link between the Hospital’s Vision and the unit.
