Nurse Manager (RN) - TAVR Program

Under the direction of the Director of Cardiac Services, the TAVR Program Manager is a Registered Nurse who assumes 24-hour administrative responsibility overseeing the process of receiving and reviewing referrals for candidates for TAVR/structural heart therapy. Facilitate a multidisciplinary team approach in the delivery of care of the TAVR patient and participate in the development of treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists, referring physicians, and the multidisciplinary TAVR team.
