You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
Certifications
✓Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advance (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months is required.
Education
✓Master's degree required within three (3) years of date of hire.
✓If the Master's Degree is not in nursing then BSN is required with a Master's Degree in related field as approved by the Director/ AVP or CNO.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience
✓Supervisory Experience required
✓Continues to learn and grow professionally through accepting assignments with differing nursing staff training initiatives, clinical development programs, and involvement in professional organization.
