Develops and implements policies, procedures, and process-improvement initiatives in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Promotes patient, family, staff, and physician satisfaction while aligning efforts with organizational business goals. Educates and mentors staff on clinical practice models and evidence-based practices.

Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient-focused care. Manages budgets and resources, maintains appropriate staffing levels, and applies healthcare-finance principles. Leads performance- and quality-improvement initiatives.

Implements evidence-based practice changes and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies. Uses critical thinking and technology to support decision-making, problem-solving, and system integration. Enhances patient care and outcomes through effective use of new systems and technologies.

Provides strong leadership and mentorship while supporting high-quality clinical care and staff development. Maintains clear communication and effective planning for patient-care delivery. Encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and positive relationships with patients, staff, vendors, and other departments.

Demonstrates professionalism, supports continuing education, and promotes ongoing staff development. Maintains confidentiality and upholds ethical standards and organizational policies. Oversees staff performance and manages staffing, hiring, orientation, and disciplinary processes.
