Job Details Kettering Cancer Center l Kettering l Full-time l Days l Remote Responsibilities & Requirements The Nurse Navigator guides patients and families through the complexities of healthcare by coordinating care, providing education, and supporting timely access to services. This role serves as a consistent point of contact, ensuring patients receive comprehensive, patient-centered support throughout their care journey.
Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or relevant specialty setting Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Experience in care coordination, patient education, or case management; oncology experience preferred if applicable to patient population Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Oncology Certified Nurse, Nurse Navigator certification) preferred
Day shift · 40 hours per week
