Assess the health statusAssess the health status of the client by discriminating between normal and abnormal physical/emotional findings.
Order appropriate screening and/orOrder appropriate screening and/or routine diagnostic tests.
Provide treatment of minorProvide treatment of minor illnesses and accidents either in consultation with the physician or according to established protocol.
Participate in and continueParticipate in and continue health care plans involving client, family, or other community agencies and resources.
Evaluate data from assessmentEvaluate data from assessment for client needs for family planning, substance abuse, and/or other health related requests.

Under the general supervision of the Physician, delivers acute and basic health care to clients, and fulfills such duties as assessment, planning, teaching, and counseling.

Talk to patients and family members, call and confer with consultants, type in daily notes and participate in clinical research protocols related to patient care. Performs all other duties as assigned Education and/or
