The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the management of care for the Nephrology patients in accordance with mutually agreed upon protocols and within the policies and procedures established by the Department of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, and NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group (NYPMG). The Nurse Practitioner provides quality and comprehensive care, services and follow-up to patients; support the physicians in the Nephrology department and collaborates with all members of the health care team. Rounding is done at the in-patient locations and at the Dialysis centers. Now, you have the opportunity to join us by stepping into this exciting role. This is a full-time, 40-hour work week (Monday - Friday) position at the Hudson Valley Medical Group with in-patient rounding. Hours may vary (7:30am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:00pm). Preferred Criteria
