Principle
Completes comprehensive patient assessments. Consults with physician when patient needs outside of Nurse Practitioner scope of practice, diagnosis or treatment plan is unclear. Participates in health care team. Promotes communication within the team and other interdisciplinary health care staff.
Acts as resource to members of the team. Required
Master's degree - Completion of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Experience in Critical Care required
New graduates may be considered with relevant experience. Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Physician Assistant - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire Active MN NP/PA license (or ability to obtain) BLS certification required with in 180 days of hire Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for credentialing and hospital privileges. Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI) Physical Demands: Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently
$56.48 to $78.15 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring
. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
