Deaconess Specialty Physicians Cardiology is seeking a full-time (80 hrs/pay) Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Outpatient team at our outreach locations. This is a salaried position with a competitive base rate. Typical working hours will be Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with some variation possible as patient volume dictates.

Candidates should be licensed in the States of Indiana, and Illinois and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant.
