Licensure
✓MSN from the practicing State Board of Nursing Approved Master's Program
✓National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners through an accredited association
✓Practicing-state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
✓Drug Enforcement Agency Licensure Within 60 days of hire
✓Current PA Physician Assistant License
✓PA-C or board eligible.
Certifications
✓CPR - American Heart Association
✓Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
✓Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
✓Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
Education
✓Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
✓or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
✓Prescriptive Authority from the practicing state Within 60 days of hire
✓Ongoing successful recertification (NCCPA) as a PA-C Within 90 days of hire
✓Four to ten years related experience and/or training
