You’ll need
Licensure
✓Master's degree or higher and licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Texas.
✓Current Physician Assistant licensure or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Texas.
Certifications
✓Current national certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
✓Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
✓Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within established timeframe.
✓First Assist certification preferred or willingness to obtain if required by specialty.
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
Qualifications
✓Computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
✓Eligible for hospital privileges.
Orthopedic, surgical, sports medicine, trauma, or first assist experience preferred.
