Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Critical Care Unit) Full-Time, 36 hours/nights (three 12-hour shifts with one weekend per month) Middlesex Health Based in Middletown, Connecticut, Middlesex Health , a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network , includes Middlesex Hospital, a not-for-profit magnet hospital with 275 beds, and two Middlesex Health Cancer Center locations. It also features three emergency departments and two urgent care centers, along with many other programs and services.

The primary function of the advanced practice provider (APP) in Critical Care is to provide and manage care for CCU patients under the clinical supervision of the Critical Care Medical Staff. He/she will work collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants (MAs), and front-desk staff to support patients in the Critical Care Unit (CCU).

MSN, Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Master's Degree Program or Physician Assistant Program Current BLS Certification 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a CCU field Obtain and maintain privileges at Middlesex Health
