Walk-In Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Hybrid Role (Willamette Valley, OR) Samaritan Health Services Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit, integrated health care delivery system, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Walk-In Clinic team in the Willamette Valley of Oregon (cities include: Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon and Sweet Home). This unique hybrid position offers a blend of in-person care in our walk-in clinics and the flexibility of working from home providing telehealth visits, giving providers the opportunity to enjoy both patient-facing and remote care settings.
