MAJOR FUNCTION: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Primary Care team. The NP will provide comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Education &
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program 2+ years experience in primary care preferred Strong knowledge of primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team Certification/
