Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Current, valid license to practice nursing in the State of Texas. Completion of an accrediting Nurse Practitioner program (Family, Geriatric or Pediatric).
Has Limited Prescriptive Authority. Basic Life Support from a hospital-based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program. Other certificates as required by unit/service.
